Kortnie's Senior Prom! April 5th, 2008! Isn't she Gorgeous! I can hardly believe that she is 18 and ready to graduate. Where does the time go?

Ty's arm where the smallest kid on the other team smacked him on a fast break basket. Ty was not happy but made the foul shots. Ty's team took this tournment, undefeated. The boys and girls club tourny in Twin Falls. Had to play Burley in the morning and beat them and then we went into the winners bracket and they played their way thru the loser bracket, BEAT them again to take 1st in the tournment.
First track meet is thursday and last AAU basketball tournment this weekend in Idaho Falls, baseball started last friday, first game Monday! GO GO GO! Wouldn't have it any other way! Love watching all the kids play!

Jessi got a new pair of Heely's. The shoe with the skate wheel in the heel. She has a hard time getting use to them but now that she has them figured out she skates everywhere, except school, she can't wear them to school. She is doing Great after her surgery. Back to school, gymnastics, and cheer. Softball starts in May, which means we'll be busy going to games.

For her senior project Kortnie has taken a sign language class from the College of southern Idaho and these are pictures of her teaching a little bit of that to a 2nd grade reading class. One little boy was very active and gave Kort a little bit of a challenge but she finally made it thru, they could all say "My name is _____" in sign language. She did a GREAT job. She know that she DOES NOT want to be a teacher.

Jessi just waking up from her surgery Tuesday 3/25/2008. She had to have a little bump taken off of her left temple and her tubes that she got almost 5 years ago, taken out. They are supposed to fall out on their own but never did. She did great, very brave. The Dr. thought he could make a little cut and just use surgical glue and no stitches but it was bigger then he thought and she has about 11 stitches in her temple. She is doing good. The Dr. is a very vain person so she shouldn't have much scarring, a big concern for a girl. We all love you very much!

SNOW in MARCH?

Went to an AAU tourney in Shelley (outside of Idaho Falls) over the weekend. Very nice weather on early Friday evening and then over night thought it would try to snow. Then Saturday it decided that trying was not good enough and let it dump. We drove thru a real winter blizzard coming home on Saturday evening. Pocatello had about 3 to 4 inches in 12 hours. YUCK! It is the middle of March NO MORE SNOW! But, we made it home, thought we were going to have to stay in poky over night but it finally started clearing up. these are the mountains between Poky and Burley. Love the clouds
This is Ty's AAU basketball team after the last game on Saturday. They won 3 of 4 games. Lost the first game only by 3. First game jitters I think. Ty fouled out of first game, 1st time in over 3 years. He was not happy. But, he played great! Love to watch my kids do what they love. And Ty most definitely loves sports!

Sean is 41 today! WOW! where does the time go! I can't believe that I have known this guy for almost 20 years! Didn't want to do anything this year. Had a big SURPRISE party last year for the big 4 0. But, he asked me please nothing, I think he is hoping that if he ignores it it will NOT happen! Sorry! I do love you more today than I thought ever possible. Happy Birthday Honey!
